Global Hindi Foundation is a social enterprise, headquartered in Singapore set up to engage the youth and the NRI diaspora with their mother tongues and vernacular languages. The aim is to make Hindi and vernacular language learning relevant for the next generation. Headquartered in Singapore and founded by banker turned entrepreneur Mamta Mandal in 2016, GHF has successfully created an international team of volunteers & advisors committed to making Hindi a Global Language and promoting effective bilingualism.
Motivate and help raise awareness about our shared heritage & literature. We wish that every person of Indian origin enjoys the great work of our great writers such as Chanakya, Subramaniam Bharti, Umar Pulavar and Premchand, and many others. These Indian writers had penned in-depth philosophies as did Shakespeare and Confucius.
The Hindi Excellence program (HEP) aims to spark interests in line with today’s modern society. Most of the children living abroad acquire western traditions and culture as they perceive speaking in their own vernacular language to be not HEP enough; hence it is necessary to enrich the younger society with knowledge about the mother tongue and the Indian heritage. While the outer environment is difficult to change, there are not many opportunities to showcase their language skills either. Create awareness for business & economic value of language & culture at this path-breaking conference titled Hindi Excellence in this Era of Innovation.
As Mahatma Gandhi said, “You must be the change you want to see in the world”, GHF has been doing so as below by successfully organising the following National & International Events inspired by the effective bilingual policy of Singapore.
